Thirumurthi Falls
Coimbatore is surrounded by number of picnic spots. T hirumurthi hills is one such place. It is 25 k.m from Udumalpet. Udumalpet is 72 k.m. from Coimbatore. I took a bus toi Pollachi and another bus to udumalpet. I finished my breakfast in a hotel at udumalpet and again took a bus to Thirumurth Hills. There is a temple near the Dam. From the temple there leads a small winding path in the hills which lead to Thirumurthi falls. Thirumurthi Falls is a small falls yet nothing devoid of scenic beauty.
